Walter J Charley is an active teacher of stress reduction and meditation techniques. He is also an instructor in graduate psychology at the Eisner Institute for Professional Studies. His background includes a PhD in clinical psychology and a wide range of professional experiences in that field. For the past 40 years he has studied and practiced various techniques for expanding awareness of consciousness. His particular areas of focus have remained Sufism and Tibetan Buddhism.His bottom line is that the best way to change , improve one’s self and life is through the path of the heart.
